Biography
My name is Carla Kent and I am an Assistant Principal at Eastern High School in Louisville, KY. In the past I have enjoyed using the Lead4Change program with my students to support their role as community-oriented change agents making an impact in society. My students were able to use the program to create “real” and authentic change to a need in their community that they felt good about. They were the leaders!
The Lead4Change program created an avenue where I could allow my students to be in control of a project through completion thus changing the role where the student is now the teacher. I hope all students are able to be a part of this amazing opportunity,
